Accident management service - provides business support

Author: MATT MORTON

Who picks up the pieces when one of your company car drivers has been involved in an accident?

You? The boss? Your secretary? The driver?

It’s all distracting stuff – especially when your SME firm is trying to get on with making its own business work.

Surrey-based vehicle leasing broker is now providing support for hard-pressed SME firms with two new accident management services – and a flexi-lease product.

Essential Accident Assist is available to all Concept customers and provides accident support services in the case of a no-fault accident.  It provides legal support along with a comparable replacement vehicle.

The second product, Complete Accident Assist, is for larger SME fleets, says Concept. This offers comprehensive support in the event of any accident, vandalism or theft awith full repair management, a replacement vehicle and class leading online facilities. Both accident management services are provided through Bankstone Advantage on a 24/7 basis  through a dedicated Concept Driverline.

“Our approach to business has always centred on adding value to our client proposition.  These new services are born from client demand, and firmly reflect our ability to listen and to adapt to our client requirements, ensuring they have all required services under one roof,” said Concept Vehicle Leasing managing director, Paul Bulloch.

In addition to the new accident management services, Paul added that Concept also had its own flexi lease product, ideal for companies not wishing to commit to a full-blown contract hire agreement for company car management.

“We provide a range of both business cars and business vans on rolling contracts, with contract terms from just 28 days,” said Paul, adding: “There are no long term contracts, no heavy penalties and the added benefit of no service or maintenance requirements. And all vehicles are less than six months’ old, so it’s ideal for a small fleet.

Typical Concept costs for the flexi lease rental are a Ford Fiesta for £259 + VAT a month and a Ford Transit Connect for £285 + VAT a month.
