WOW! If you bought an Audi for business last year – and who would blame you ? – then you are part of the wave of brand fans that has pushed Audi sales to an all-time high in 2015.

More customers took more Audi cars than ever before, pushing Audi sales to a fifth successive sales peak, up 5% on 2014’s totals to a record busting 166,708 units.

And that’s despite not having availability for the full year of the all-new Audi A4.

“Our plan was to achieve a sustainable new car sales benchmark which wasn’t overly dependent on a single model line,” commented Audi UK director Andre Konsbruck.

“This approach protected residual values for owners through carefully managed supply across the various sales channels and a well-balanced demand across our 43-strong model line up.”

Audi sales growth

Audi has increased its sales annually over the last five years from 5.9% in 2011 to 6.3% in 2015:

  • 2011 – 113,797
  • 2012 – 123,622
  • 2013 – 142,040
  • 2014 – 158,987
  • 2015 – 166,708
