ALPHABET’S broker sales channel has a new national commercial development leader in Richard Chadwick – and Chadwick moves up as Alphabet Partner tops 10,000 customers.

Alphabet said Chadwick, current regional development manager for the South, is taking up the newly-created position as national commercial development manager.

Leon Brown joins Alphabet Partner to replace Chadwick as regional development manager for the South. These changes take place alongside further bolstering of the back office support team for Alphabet Partner. Francesca Danson has also been appointed Indirect sales team leader, managing the Alphabet Partner support team based at the company’s new Farnborough headquarters.

Graham Conway, head of Alphabet Partner, commented: “We’ve smashed the 10,000 customer figure in next to no time thanks to the dedication, passion and belief of everyone at Alphabet Partner – and of course the fantastic support from the exclusive group of brokers whom we work in partnership with.

“Our portfolio of over 10,000 customers would place Alphabet Partner in the top 20 of the UK’s biggest leasing operations if we were a standalone business. So to achieve this success in such a short space of time shows what a compelling and different proposition we have for our brokers as well as their customers.

“With Richard’s new role, Leon joining the Alphabet family and a growing team behind the scenes I know we will achieve even greater things going forward.”

Gavin Davies, general manager for, SME sales & distribution at Alphabet, went further: “Achieving the ‘Ten K’ milestone is really just another step of the journey in the Alphabet Partner success story since we launched it in late 2014.

“We’re seeing the fruition of a strategy based on working in partnership with well-established brokers who demonstrated high levels of the ‘three Rs’: Renewals, Retention and Referrals.

“With our new employee appointments in Alphabet Partner and team expansion we have further scope to develop the network and expand our commercial offering, as well as enabling us to be much more active in the UK’s growing LCV sector.”
