sflaawards2015CHARGED-UP Fleetdrive are green champions in this year’s Small Fleet Leasing Awards, the electric vehicle (EV) specialists underlining their market leadership as they keep the title for a third year!

The judges said: “Fleetdrive’s submission shows a real commitment to being a great green fleet provider and their specialism is clear to see.”

In a growing market, Fleetdrive this year created a new EV Flexi-Lease service, enabling organisations to make easily-extendable trials of EV’s within a practical application, to ensure suitability before making long-term rental commitments.

They have also recently introduced an ultra low emission vehicle (ULEV) Salary Sacrifice scheme, unique in the leasing industry, designed to encourage employees to switch to electric cars.

Fleetdrive have successfully delivered more than 450 electric vehicles to the UK market, maintaining their position as the UK’s leading provider of leased electric vehicles.

They are partners in a number of exciting, pioneering initiatives, such as the ‘My Electric Avenue’ project, which is providing essential research data to the UK power industry on the effects on EV charging on the national grid, and NW Bicester.

This is a true carbon-zero 5,000-home development in Oxfordshire where they are working with developers A2Dominion to promote sustainable transport and provide EV solutions.
