A dedicated accident claims line has been launched by daily rental company Europcar.

Called First Call, it simplifies accident claims by providing a single point of contact. First Call is a freephone number and lines are open 24/7.

First Call can be used by Europcar’s rental customers and any third party involved in an accident with a Europcar hire car.

First Call simplifies the claims process. It also removes the all-too-common confusion over what to do in the aftermath of a hire-car accident.

The move to a simpler reporting process is good news for many smaller businesses that use rental cars as a cost-effective, flexible way to meet changing fleet demands.

First Call means that, in the event of an accident, their staff will have free, instant access to insurance experts.
