WHAT would be your favourite to win the Most Cost-Efficient car for an SME to buy in the Business Car Manager SME Company Car of the Year Awards?

Running a vehicle for business?

Don't leave yourself out of pocket - a guide to what you can claim.

Our SME Company Car of the Year Awards are searching for the gold standard in 10 categories – to help SMEs and company car drivers make the best and most informed choices.

In our last company car awards, the BMW 320d EfficientDynamics won our award for Best Business Car for First Year Allowances (sub 110g/km).

However, the government has moved the tax break for 100% first year allowances. From April 2013 it reduces from sub-110g/km to sub-95g/km CO2. And at 109g/km, the BMW no longer qualifies.

Which means the winner of our Best sub-100g/km Business Car last year must have a shout at repeating further success this year.

That accolade went to the Kia Rio 1.1 EcoDynamics with its great style, brilliant driving dynamics, wallet-stretching 88mpg fuel economy and just 85g/km of CO2.

Who can beat that?

Runners up last year were the MINI One D, Audi A1 1.6 TDI and the VW Golf Bluemotion.
