HYUNDAI has won the Best SME After Sales Programme award for 2014 in the Business Car Manager SME Company Car of the Year Awards.
The Korean brand’s new Fleet Aftersales Charter ensures SME corporate customers get the most time-efficient and cost-effective treatment by working on four separate areas: cost of ownership, ease of use, transparency and overall experience.
- ‘Cost of ownership’ ensures labour rates are capped, along with MoT tests, while consumables like engine oil are provided free of charge.
- ‘Ease of Use’ guarantees that fleet customers can book a service appointment within one day if they don’t need a courtesy car, or three days if they do.
- The ‘transparency’ section allows drivers to view a detailed record of any completed vehicle check-up upon request.
A trip to the dealer is made as stress-free as possible, too, with free wi-fi and refreshments. All serviced or repaired cars can be collected and returned to the customer, with a complimentary wash and vaccum thrown in.
