MAZDA has officially launched its small business support programme trailed by Business Car Manager – see story Mazda gears up to help small businesses.

The initiative is for companies with fewer than 50 company cars and initially involves 16 franchise dealers covering 28 ‘areas of influence’, says Mazda. It will be administered by specialist outsource company Magma Services.

A further 21 dealers join the Mazda Business Development Programme in the following weeks.

“The majority of SMEs continue to outright purchase their business cars. However, we will be offering the improved cash flow opportunities provided by both Mazda Contract Hire and Personal Contract Hire to potential customers,” commented Peter Allibon, fleet and marketing director, Mazda.

“By forming a strong partnership with SMEs in their respective areas, the dealers can look forward to long-standing busines relationships,” Mr Allibon added.
