Future development will see improvements to the MI suite, where customers will be able to download reports to evaluate supplier service; this functionality will be integrated to Nexus’ supplier management module.
The IRIS system also gives access to market real time claim management and customer service queries or problems via one central point, allowing customers to keep track of the resolution process.
