What is it?

THE top of the A5 tree - bar the RS. Gorgeous range-topping convertible gets a 3.0-litre supercharged V6 engine - replacing the old 4.2-litre V8 - a folding electric fabric roof, quattro four-wheel drive, a seven-speed S tronic auto gearbox and sports suspension. Priced at £43,160.

The Audi S5 Cabriolet is incredibly desirable. It's supercar fast, sure-footed and boasts a brilliantly engineered folding roof. It may be expensive to buy and cost a lot to run, but there are cars that cost twice as much that don't deliver the same experience.
