YOU don’t get good by offering poor service.

But that’s not the case with Concept Vehicle Leasing, winner of our Best Small Fleet Leasing Company 2013.

Concept Vehicle Leasing’s level of customer service is reflected in the company’s high level of customer retention and repeat business.

However, it is not just businesses that will repeat order from Concept; it is also people.

In this case a finance director – Barry Wright – who had previously done business with Concept Vehicle Leasing and was recently appointed finance director for Union Hand Roasted Coffee.

Barry said: “I first met Paul five businesses ago and have used Concept Vehicle Leasing ever since then for the supply and management of our company vehicles in the four companies where I have been Finance Director.

“During this time, my positions have been within owner-managed companies – this usually means that the job of ‘Fleet Manager’ stops with the FD. Knowing that Paul and his team are taking care of the management of the company vehicles and having those duties taken off my desk has been invaluable.

“I really do view Concept as a one stop shop – over the years, our vehicle requirements have been varied and Paul has always sourced and dealt with whatever we have needed.

“For instance, for one business we required 14 commercial vehicles and only four or five cars; Concept Vehicle Leasing sourced and arranged for the sign-writing of the transit vans, double cabs and even a flat-bed with great efficiency and the very minimum of fuss.

“I do feel that – although Concept are consistently competitive on price when it comes to leasing – you really can’t put a price on the level of service that I have come to expect of Paul and the team over the years.

“Union Hand Roasted Coffee is a business that is relationship and ethically driven and we feel that by dealing with our fleet in the same way, it is a great representation of how we like to trade.”
