Blue is best! Honda CR-V in Royal Blue Pearl finish

New report says blue more popular than silver

I was slightly concerned at first that, maybe the Honda CR-V might have been better in black. But using the car daily has changed my mind on that score.

But colour me blue, it seems I made the right choice anyway. According to a new report from auction specialists, BCA, blue is the new silver – the most popular colour.

Making sure you choose the right colour for your car is important – it can severely affect how much the car is worth on the second hand car market. Leasing companies call this residual value (RV).

The paintwork on my Honda CR-V is finished in Royal Blue Pearl. Mostly, the colour palette provided by Honda for the CR-V looks really attractive. But I’m not convinced by Milano Red and Deep Bronze Pearl. I think the CR-V suits more subdued colours.
