Honda CR-V

Commanding view: better safety

Command seating position helps visibility

My wife has been singing the praises of the Honda CR-V. She loves its high up seating position.

After a business trip in the rain and dark, I’m singing from that same hymn sheet. The advantage of some height in dismal winter weather made me feel much safer – I could see more clearly what the traffic in front was doing. And could take the appropriate actions.

The fact that the Honda reacts like a normal car – lithe and alert, rather than a cumbersome and slow 4×4 – added to my sense of safe well-being.
