BEFORE the snow arrived in the south last week, I pointed my Audi A6 in the direction of its (UK) spiritual homeland: Audi’s Milton Keynes HQ.
Visitors to Audi get treated slightly differently: all the other VW brands (VW, SEAT, Skoda) have a common entrance. Not Audi, though.
Audi has its own little forecourt in a separate entrance as befits its premium status within the VW group. And as you can see when you get there it’s wall to wall Audis.
Inside there was a welcoming Christmassy feel too: mince pies with the fresh ground coffee, and a Christmas tree next to a scale replica Auto Union. Very Audi.
