Bigger brother the CR-V is around £63 a month in company car tax – the HR-V will be even better

Business users will like the sound of this, but it’s the rock-bottom company car rates that will prove most attractive.

Currently, the most frugal Honda CR-V costs just £759 per year for a basic rate tax payer. Expect these costs to be slashed for the newer, smaller, and more economical HR-V when it goes on sale next year.

Exact details on specs, engines and performance will be revealed closer to the car’s UK on-sale date, but from where we’re standing it all sounds rather exciting.
