Richard Schooling: boosting customer service levels with new appointments

INNOVATIVE LEASING company Alphabet is growing its account team with the appointment of three new account managers.

Rob Lewis, Leanne Cheshire and Jane Goodwin join the mobility management solutions provider on the back of 12 months’ sales success.

“We’re delighted to welcome Rob, Leanne and Jane on board,” said Richard Schooling, Alphabet’s chief executive officer. “Last year was hugely successful for Alphabet and saw us welcoming a number of new customers.

“In order to maintain the highest levels of customer care, it is essential that we continue to invest in our people. Appointing a number of additional account managers means our customers benefit from proactive and strategic account management.”

Apart from its leasing division, Alphabet also offers mobility programmes such as AlphaCity, its corporate car sharing club, and AlphaElectric, the company’s electric vehicle consultancy service.

In addition to Alphabet’s service to larger corporate company car fleets, the company is increasingly turning its attention to the SME small fleet market as it expands its portfolio.
