Who are the new Alphabet appointments?

Gavin Davies, head of indirect sales

Gavin is a small fleet leasing specialist from LeasePlan, having held two regional director roles including Network. Gavin is tasked with rolling out the specialist channel to approved small fleet leasing specialists.

Graham Conway, head of special offer management

Graham has nearly 10 years of mobility experience from his previous position as head of tactical business at Lex Autolease. Gavin is the person who will be securing the special deals with car makers to deliver exclusive campaigns to SME small fleets as well as maintaining relationships with dealer groups.

Richard Chadwick, IT systems support

Richard brings more than eight years experience working with LeasePlan and Black Horse Finance. Richard will ensure the smooth integration of the systems covering the whole broker partner sales lifecycle. He will also be responsible for delivering the roll-out of the bespoke IT platform which will support Alphabet’s small fleet leasing offer.
