COMPANY car drivers who want to turn heads with their Audi TT Coupé or Roadster can now opt for a new Amplified Black option for the already eye-catching Black Edition TT models.

The Amplified Black option costs £700 and provides special black nineteen-inch “Rotor” alloy wheels as well as black exterior features such as a fixed rear spoiler similar to that fitted to the Audi TT RS. Four special paint colours – Glacier White, Misano Red, Daytona Grey and Samoa Orange are available.

That’s on top of the standard equipment list enjoyed by the Black Edition models, which are in turn based on the top S line variant. That includes tinted rear privacy glass, xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, black leather and Alcantara upholstery, a BOSE surround sound system, rear acoustic parking sensors and business car friendly iPod and mobile phone connection.

Amplified Black models are available with two different engine options – a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol (211 PS) and a 2.0-litre TDI diesel (170 PS). Both engines can be combined with a quattro four-wheel drive transmission, and the petrol is also available in front-wheel drive form. Prices range from £31,365 to £36,360.
