ARVAL UK, a specialist in vehicle leasing and fleet management, has appointed Todd Williams as the new head of broker to support increasing demand from smaller customers looking for cost effective and convenient company car and van solutions.
Previously an international business development manager at Arval’s Group headquarters in Paris, Todd brings in-depth industry experience and knowledge of supporting businesses to meet their company vehicle needs.
He has worked for Arval for 16 years across several different business areas, including accident management, fuel cards and contract hire.
As head of broker, Todd will be responsible for a field team of five regional managers as well as 22 customer support staff, all dedicated to developing the broker channel and supporting the brokers that they work with.
In the past few years, Arval has seen significant UK growth in the broker channel thanks to their ability to meet the needs of this specialist audience. They have long-standing relationships with over 70 of the UK’s most successful brokers.
Arval is focused on providing support and new solutions to these brokers, enhancing the products and services that they can in-turn provide to their new and existing customers. This partnership approach helps brokers to grow the market, encouraging smaller businesses to choose vehicle leasing, while also helping Arval to meet its growth ambitions.
Specifically, Arval has introduced a paperless sales process, an efficient online credit approval system and a reporting dashboard updated in real time providing data tailored to the needs of each broker partner.
