Social Media Engagement
Social media engagement is as important as picking up the phone these days

Social media is a customer-friendly way of communicating as many of us use Facebook & Twitter daily

  • Facebook presence boosts customer engagement and is good for interaction
  • Twitter is an instant way for customers to communicate with the leasing company
  • Good social media management allows customers to keep in touch with their leasing broker and sign up for deal updates if wished

THERE are many leasing brokers online – just searching online for your next leasing deal can be a real headache.

Just how can you differentiate from one company to the next? How is it possible when prices can look similar, they are very often advertised differently and all companies claim to be the cheapest and offer the best service?

This is one thing that many businesses will quite literally throw a dice with: as long as the company that they choose to deal with is FCA registered, they must be good to deal with, right?

Perhaps on paper, yes but just how good is their customer service?

This is one thing that you certainly can’t gauge from their website claims and testimonials alone: this is why forward-thinking Car4Leasing decided to step forward into the open arena of social media and really put their money where their mouth is.

Customer Service

Barry Mainstone, Director of Car4Leasing, explained;

“We feel that our company offers fantastic value for money leasing deals and obviously we do want to convey that – however, it has never been our intention to ram social media ‘cheap lease’ adverts down followers’ throats. After all, nobody wants that.

Our decision to handle the social media side of our business more pro-actively was based on one factor alone: we wanted to demonstrate our commitment to customer service.”
