EURIG Druce has been appointed sales director of both Citroen and DS Automobiles.
The appointment is a new role since previous sales director, Bek Hassan, became managing director of Citroen and DS, and retained his sales responsibilities.

Eurig Druce CVEurig joined the PSA Group in 2001 on a graduate trainee programme. Since then, posts have included:
- district parts & service manager;
- field sales manager;
- head of regional operations; and, most recently
- PSA Group’s director – parts & service operations.
A Citroen / DS spokesperson said that the company had decided to re-instate the role to give a more specific focus on sales.
Effective 01 October, managing director Bek Hassan, said:
“It’s with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Eurig as sales director for Citroën and DS Automobiles. As we prepare ourselves for the launch of several significant products in the months and years ahead – it’s important for us to focus on strengthening the Sales Division within the UK.”
Among the cars to be launched are the new C3 model, which goes on sale by January 2017, a large SUV, and the complete revamp of the DS range by 2020.
Eurig added: “After 15 years within the Group, I’m thrilled to take on this new role. The Citroën and DS brands are going from strength to strength, and I’m looking forward to being a part of both iconic marques’ future in the UK.”
