National Car Rental has launched First Call.

First Call provides a single freephone number to call in the event of an accident in one of National’s rental vehicles.

The service is also available for any third party involved in the accident.

National says it will streamline the claims process for all parties.

First Call is free on all rentals covered by National’s insurance.

“First Call is the latest innovation from National and demonstrates our leadership in the rental market,” said Frank Reynolds, small business specialist, National Car Rental.

“It ensures our business customers benefit from a fast, efficient service when they need it most.”
