FLEET Alliance has again proved it’s the specialist for small fleet operators wanting top customer service as the leasing and fleet management company celebrates its second Experteye award.

For the second year running it has been voted the UK’s top choice for customer service in its sector.

The Glasgow-based leasing and fleet management specialist again topped the fleet decision makers’ category for customer service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

The Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories. Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2015 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top UK leasing companies.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye, said: “To win this accolade for the second year in succession reflects the strength of Fleet Alliance’s customer satisfaction ratings which have been consistently impressive

“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from their customers, making Fleet Alliance deserved winners of our award for best customer service for the second year running.”

The Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful.

“Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators,” added Yarrow.

Fleet Alliance has just reported a fifth successive record year in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability and now has a record fleet size of 18,400 vehicles under management on behalf of business customers, following growth in both the SME and mid-corporate sectors of the market.

Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown said: “We are delighted to have again been rated the best vehicle leasing and fleet management company in this category in terms of customer service to fleet operators

“Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and this year’s award is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our customer-facing staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver outstanding service to customers.”
