FLEET Evolution Limited recently attended the Employee Benefits Live show, which was held at Olympia London on 24th and 25th September.
The show focused on employee benefits, covering everything from childcare vouchers to health screening.
Salary sacrifice cars are a growing part of the event, with eight companies in attendance this year to promote their salary sacrifice cars.
One of the most surprising things to Andrew Leech, Director of Fleet Evolution, was that many attendees still seemed to be unaware of the scheme.
Andrew said:“The surprising thing from our perspective was how many employers were still unaware of this benefit – well over 100 employers visited the Fleet Evolution stand in order to learn about the scheme in more detail.”
Employee Benefits Live at Olympia London attracted over 2000 HR professionals who were looking to explore all areas of flexible benefits for employees.
Andrew Leech continued: “Salary sacrifice cars are one of the fastest growing flexible benefits and we attended in order to share with employers the details of our scheme which allows for the employee to save up to 45 per cent on motoring costs at no cost or risk to the employer.
“As a result, we have just signed the first customer from the show a Midlands based fire and security company and we are in talks with a number of other businesses as a result of our presence at the exhibition.”
