ARI has announced it will use CD Auction Group’s Pool Fleet Management system

WHAT can an SME small fleet learn from a large international fleet management company?

Good question.

Best practice is one thing – and ARI has just bought into a system to keep its clients on the road by using CD Auction Group’s online Pool Fleet Management (PFM) programme.

ARI reckons Pool Fleet Management can save its clients time and money when managing a major capital asset – and has been incorporated by a national utility company and a well-known charity.

Kelly Kalra, client account manager at the firm’s UK base in Chippenham, said:

“We offer the full range of fleet management solutions but we have a very flexible approach.

“A client can take one, two, or all of our services on offer. We listen to our clients’ needs and tailor each service accordingly.”

Kelly says the utility company – which runs a mixed fleet of both vans and cars – presented them with some key challenges to prevent vehicle downtime as well as ensuring the right driver has the right vehicle at the right time.

“If we can get the vehicle straight to the driver and in great condition, then we have a happy driver from day one,” said Kalra.

“The client also has peace-of-mind as vehicles being transferred from one driver to another are rigorously checked, including livery and overall corporate image.”

Meanwhile the utility company is able to see their fleet deployment though CD Auction Group’s Pool Fleet Management home page from which they can run their own management reports.

CD Auction Group is a leading online auction house support services that include vehicle refurbishment, transport, storage and pool fleet management.
