FLEETDRIVE has won the Best Small Fleet Green Leasing Award category in the inaugural Small Fleet Leasing Awards.

With so few small fleet leasing companies putting real energy into the market for greener leasing, the judges were impressed by Fleetdrive’s enthusiasm and commitment for the sector.

The judges thought that Fleetdrive’s focus on low CO2 emissions and the demonstrated savings – plus the separate branding for electric vehicles – were highlights of the entry.

Selwyn Cooper, national corporate operations manager, Volvo Car UK and a judge of the Small Fleet Leasing Awards, said:

“We are seeing a growing awareness of the financial impacts on small and medium businesses of the tax implications on their choice of vehicles. Coupled with an ever increasing awareness of the impacts of transport on our environment, means that as an industry we have to adapt ourselves to cater for this need. Fleetdrive demonstrates how well this can be achieved and are deserving winners.”

The Small Fleet Leasing Awards, organised by Business Car Manager, have been supported by MAGMA Automotive, Network (a division of LeasePlan) and Volvo Car UK.
