MULTIMARQUE leasing company Free2Move Lease is offering fleet management as standard, with enhanced features for a fee.

Command Level 1 is included as standard on all Free2Move Lease Contract Hire agreements, lasting 18 months or more.

Command Level 1 provides email reminders for servicing and MoTs as well as monitoring potential over-mileage. Service bookings can also be made directly by email or phone, using the Command Careline.

Command Level 2 is a premium service.

Free2Move Lease says this covers all reported maintenance and repairs which are booked on behalf of clients and managed to completion, minimising disruption for fleet operators. Command Level 2 also provides regular reporting on scheduled servicing, maintenance and notifies repairs to an email address of the customer’s choice.

Free2Move Lease says it can also offer business customers an optional maintenance product, called Contract Hire Maintenance Platinum. This includes all routine servicing, maintenance wear and tear items (such as brake pads, discs, wiper blades and clutch), plus repairs, together with MOTs. For complete peace of mind motoring, tyres and replacement vehicles (in the event of a mechanical failure or accident) can also be added.

Free2Move Lease said that it expected its fleet management products to help with the new MOT rules, where risk of failure is higher.

All of its contracts over 18 months include as standard, Command Level 1, Vehicle Excise Duty, European Accident & Breakdown cover and free Fuel cards.

Free2Move Lease Managing Director Duncan Chumley said:

“Our Command maintenance management products mean we can manage our customers’ servicing, maintenance and vehicle mileage, to help avoid missed servicing and over-mileage charges. In addition, driver safety is prioritised, as routine service schedules and vital safety actions happen on time.

“Connected technology enables us to provide timely technical and vehicle safety information to increase driver safety and minimise operational downtime.”
