Martin Brown: improving standards at Fleet Alliance with ISO compliance

FLEET ALLIANCE, the small fleet leasing and management specialists, has achieved ISO certification for quality and environmental management.

Quality management ISO 9001

In this area, Fleet Alliance achieved ISO 9001 standard, which has been put into operation by over 1 million businesses in over than 170 countries worldwide.

What does that mean? By attaining ISO 9001, Fleet Alliance has introduced more efficient ways of working.

These changes have resulted in the saving of time, money and resources and as a result, have improved performance, reduced errors and maximised their profitability, all the while increasing their high customer service standards.

In order to achieve the accreditation, Fleet Alliance had to establish quality objectives and demonstrate their commitment to quality.

This was done by supporting the ongoing and continuous improvement to their quality management system.

Fleet Alliance also had to ensure that the system met the requirements of their customers and increased their levels of satisfaction.

Environmental management standard, ISO 14001

Fleet Alliance also achieved the environmental management standard, ISO 14001. This accreditation assists businesses to maintain commercial success without overlooking their environmental responsibilities.
