Hyundai takes Best SME After Sales Programme Award

Small fleet sales customers also get a dedicated team who constantly monitor customer feedback, so that any issues can be addressed as soon as possible. Hyundai also has its own Fleet Mystery Shop programme so it can keep an eye on how its dealers are treating SME and other business customers.

“There are some truly great initiatives from Hyundai here, particularly the capped labour rates – which currently stand at £59 per hour – and the one-day’s notice service booking. These things matter to fleet customers and Hyundai clearly knows it,” said SME business car leasing expert Martin Brown, the managing director of Fleet Alliance.
