WE are reliably informed by those close to Carl Price that he was devastated after failing to receive recognition for his latest releases at the recent Oscar ceremony.

His appearance in the popular Channel 4 programme ‘Location, Location, Location’ seems to have stirred the burning embers of a thespian career, and following a stellar performance in a short set of films for Lex Autolease, Carl had decided that the silver screen beckoned.
“Of course, we all look for recognition for our work,” said Steve Cocks from Lex Autolease. “Personally I was hoping for something in the Best Director and Original Script category.”
According to his agent Carl is currently unavailable for comment.
