GENEVA was where the final piece of the latest E-Class range was completed, with the unveiling of the new convertible, the E-Class Cabriolet.

Visually, this E-Class looks like a convertible version of the Coupe – which it effectively is. At the front there’s the same large front LED headlights and diamond style radiator grille. With the same high-set rear LED light clusters at the back.

The interior is as the Coupe too, a strict four-seater though, the rear seats are broken up by an extended console and can be specified with Mercedes’ clever AIRCAP draught and AIRSCARF neck-level heating systems.

The usual selection of petrol and diesel engines will be available in the new E-Class Cabriolet, but for the first time 4MATIC four-wheel drive will be available on the flagship E400 model.

The new E-Class Cabriolet will be available later this year.
