THE methods of stealing cars are changing over time and some models are more attractive or vulnerable and become the most stolen cars.

Nowadays, it may sound impossible to break into a vehicle with a coat hanger, but several years ago, it was one of the popular ways used during vehicle crimes.

Criminals are developing their stealing techniques and even start using new methods that are suitable for late car models and makes. They can open vehicles in few seconds without car keys.

According to the National Vehicle Crime Intelligence Service, more than 75,600 cars were stolen in England and Wales in 2015. This number is 9% more compared with the data of 2014 and represents the first rise since the 1990s.

In order to prevent a vehicle crime, it’s advisable to get advice from an experienced security specialist on how to secure your car in the best way. Different makes and models may need different security methods.

So, a reputable and qualified auto technician will help you find the best options for your particular vehicle and he/she even may suggest some simple rules for avoiding a car crime.

Moreover, if you experience an emergency situation and can’t access your vehicle, it’s a good idea to call a professional auto technician in order to get the fast service.
