THE slick new Audi Q2 SUV takes to the UK’s roads next week priced from just over £20,000.
Under the bonnet, the Q2 offers SE entry-level three-cylinder 1.0 TFSI at £20,230 OTR in a versatile package that’s suitable for everyday driving, company car use and recreation.

There are four trim levels – SE (£20,230-£23,930), Sport (up to £28,360 for the 2.0 TDI Quattro), S line (£26,180-£30,610) and flagship Edition #1. The trim levels are distinguished by alloy wheels in 16-inch, 17-inch, 18-inch and 19-inch diameters.
The Edition #1 models are available now priced from £31,170 with 150PS 1.4 TFSI petrol engines with 6-speed manual or 7-speed S tronic gearboxes and 2.0 TDI diesels with 6-speed manual or the range-topping £35,730 Quattro with 7-speed S tronic.

- 116PS 1.0 litre TFSI (6-speed manual)
- 116PS 1.6 litre TDI (manual – 7-speed S tronic to follow in late 2016), and
- 150PS 1.4 litre TFSI (manual and S tronic),
- 150PS 2.0 TDI (with quattro drive and S tronic initially – front-wheel drive to follow in 2017) providing both diesel and petrol options.
Following the S tronic introduction, the 150PS TDI and TFSI engines will be able to combine with Quattro all-wheel drive.
The new compact SUV is jam packed with state-of-the-art features, presenting a modern design, with a choice of vibrant colours and driver assistance systems from the larger models including adaptive cruise control with Stop&Go and Traffic Jam Assist, Audi Active Lane Assist, cross-traffic assist rear and emergency assist.
Along with full spectrum of innovations from Audi virtual cockpit, the Q2 is also equipped with Phone Box wireless charging, Bang & Olufsen sound system and an optional head-up display.
The new design also offers an array of standard equipment highlighting progressive steering, Audi smartphone interface, Audi pre-sense front with pedestrian recognition, and LED lights front and rear (S line models).
