New Vauxhall Insignia
The company car tax band for the new Insignia is just 14% – like a Peugeot 208 for example

IT might not look radically new on the outside – but the New Vauxhall Insignia has it all going on the inside.

Look under the bonnet and there’s significantly revised engines that put the New Vauxhall Insignia at the top of the company car class in its sector.

New Vauxhall Insignia key points

  • Lower P11d prices
  • 99g/km CO2 with two engines 120PS and 140PS
  • Improved fuel costs
  • Drivers save on company car tax
  • Businesses save on company car running costs
  • Simplified range

Both updated 2.0 litre diesels – 120PS and 140PS – now hit a staggeringly low 99g/km CO2. That’s a company car tax band of 14% – the same as a Peugeot 208 supermini or a Ford Focus hatchback.

Then look inside the driving compartment and there’s a host of new technology – an all-new infotainment system with Bluetooth-operated internet connectivity, an 8-inch touchscreen, and DAB digital radio. And a redesigned dashboard.

And the final place you have to look is inside a Vauxhall dealership – at the new price list with up to £3500 knocked off the P11D price.

It all adds up to a significantly repositioned and extremely competitive New Vauxhall Insignia on every front: company car tax, running costs, business driving comfort and value for money.

In fact, Vauxhall has gone further: Vauxhall has put the large company car back on the agenda for company car drivers.

They’ve knocked a staggering £3500 off the P11d price

And in one fell swoop Vauxhall has reversed the downsizing trend (where drivers seek smaller models to contain company car tax costs).

Who wouldn’t want a larger company car when it has the P11D price tag of a family hatchback?

The diesels are class leading. At 99g – no one comes close. It provides the New Vauxhall Insignia with class leading company car tax and whole life running costs.

Prices for the New Vauxhall Insignia start from £15,349 and from £17,994 for the 99g/km diesel.

“We now have more transparent pricing because the price is closer to the transaction price. From a P11d company car tax perspective this is really important – and that’s what this pricing restructure addresses,” explained Paul Adler, fleet marketing manager, Vauxhall.

“The diesels are class leading, too. At 99g – no one comes close. It provides the New Vauxhall Insignia with class leading company car tax and whole life running costs.”

Of course, the New Vauxhall Insignia is new on the outside, too.

There are visual enhancements to widen the ‘stance-on-the-road’ appearance around the bonnet logo and grille and similar design tweaks at the rear first seen on the Cascada convertible.

Revised and simplified New Insignia range

As well as the P11D and CO2 reductions for the New Vauxhall Insignia, the three model range – hatchback, Tourer estate, and saloon – has also been simplified.
