PENDRAGON Vehicle Management will be demonstrating how to bring van focused fleets into the digital age at the Commercial Vehicle Show.

Taking place at the Birmingham NEC on 26-28 April, Fleet Management Live brings together key suppliers, experts, fleet managers and HR and finance professionals at the UK’s largest and most comprehensive road transport and logistics event.

The team will be offering advice on core fleet services such as fleet funding, fleet management and daily rental, backed by their experience of over 30 years in van leasing.

Presenting its revolutionary online platform, the abilities of Pendragon Vehicle Management’s technology will be showcased.

The online platform provides clients with an enhanced service, to deliver a wide range of integrated products and assistance. Clients can experience a more flexible and bespoke fleet, with tools to generate a multitude of customised reports, vehicle quotes and orders, as well as vehicle comparisons, whole life costs, driver BIKs and much more.

Supported by advanced extranet sites individually designed for corporate customers, fleet managers and drivers can access a variety of bespoke information for their fleet, such as vehicle allocation lists, insurance certificates, fleet policy and much more.

In addition to the technology, the Pendragon Vehicle Management team will also be giving visitors to the show a first look at their new short term rental product, RentalPlus. Transforming the rental marketplace, RentalPlus provides a truly flexible rental solution, filling the gap between daily rental and contract hire.

For fleet operators requiring vehicles for up to 24 months, the new product offers the benefits of contract hire, such as selecting mileages by reservation and make or model instead of vehicle group, yet with the flexibility of daily rental by giving customers the option of returning vehicles after an agreed minimum period.

Neal Francis, Divisional Managing Director of Pendragon Vehicle Management, said: “The Commercial Vehicle Show 2016 is a great opportunity to meet other industry bodies, acting as an ideal platform from which to present our fleet solutions to commercial vehicle operators.

“With over 32 years of experience in van leasing, we have a wide range of tools ideally suited to fleets and we look forward to introducing our new assets, face to face with the commercial fleet community.”
