PENDRAGON Vehicle Management (PVM) has announced a new partnership with Aarsleff Ground Engineering, with Pendragon to supply Aarsleff’s fleet and manage the commercial vehicles.

Aarsleff Ground Engineering Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Per Aarsleff A/S, one of Denmark’s leading civil engineering contractors. Since entering the UK market in 1991, the company has grown rapidly to become one of the country’s leading driven piling and ground engineering contractors.

Continuing this successful growth and the acquisition of new projects, the Aarsleff team recently expanded again and PVM are supplying the firm with a new commercial fleet of around 20 Ford vans, pick-ups, and drop-sides.

These vehicles are supplied on contract hire, with Pendragon’s daily rental also taken to provide short term commercial and specialist vehicles when required.

Aarsleff were particularly impressed with Pendragon’s fleet and daily rental online portals, streamlining processes and making data easy to find and readily available, and selected Pendragon for their proactive service and demonstrable ability to go above and beyond.

To further support and increase the productivity of Aarsleff, PVM are also providing full maintenance services including all tyres, glass replacement, vehicle breakdown cover and roadside assistance, accident management, and are assisting with compliance by providing driver licence checking, assessment and training.

Heather Jones, business and HR manager for Aarsleff, commented: “We are delighted to have entered into partnership with Pendragon Vehicle Management, who have already demonstrated a seamless and efficient service to us.

“Their portal allows me and my team to manage our fleet and drivers with ease, together with the ability to provide data to our financial team; we are happy to report our overall time spent on fleet management has reduced allowing us to focus on our customers in our core business.”

Jon Hilton, PVM head of direct sales, said: “We are delighted to partner with Aarsleff Ground Engineering and are pleased to demonstrate how our diverse range of products and services can help our customers streamline their processes, utilising a wide range of offline and online tools.

“We look forward to getting Aarsleff’s new fleet vehicles on the road, and build a prosperous partnership over the coming years.”
