PENDRAGON Vehicle Management has built a fleet of specialist tool vans for Hanson UK,  construction supplier.

Built in collaboration with Clarks Vehicle Conversions, the brief was to update its maintenance crew vehicles and create safe and practical tool vans for its crew.

Clarks Vehicle Conversions transformed the Vauxhall vans interiors  with lockable cages and metal racking; heavy locks were installed on the rear and side doors to reduce the risk of theft.

Further conversion work included a mechanical side step, hand rails, internal lighting and non-slip flooring to prevent trips and falls. Other items included a drying area for wet clothing, hand washing facilities, and first aid and eyewash kits.
