BUSY company car drivers can now save time using Audi’s new online service booking tool.

Most Audi Centres are participating in the system which is claimed to be the first of its type in the UK to offer bookings in real time.

As well as mainstream servicing, the system caters for MOTs, tyre replacements, courtesy car bookings, courtesy lifts, and collection and delivery times. It can be accessed via an “Owners Area” at the Audiwebsite. Once a booking has been made the system issues a reference number and provides a total estimated cost for the work that has been booked via email or text message.

John Bower, Head of Service and Parts Operations at Audi UK, said: “The convenience factor is crucial to the continued success of our Audi Centres, so I’m delighted that this new booking facility is going to genuinely save our customers time and effort. At the same time it’s also going to enable us to confirm arrangements and convey pricing estimates virtually instantly, and with greater clarity – I’m confident that use of this simple but highly effective tool will soon become second nature to many Audi business car owners.”
