sflaawards2015THE WHITE Hot Vans very different approach to the small fleet leasing market has won a special recognition accolade in the Small Fleet Leasing Awards.

It was picked up by managing director Richard Bunn, and presented by Ian Budsworth of 360 Fleet Solutions.

As Ralph Morton, editor of Business Car Manager explained: “I think it’s important that we recognise the diversity of the companies supplying vehicles and finance to the SME market.

“White Hot Vans does things very differently, with its off beat and humorous marketing, everything from selling vans in pubs to its most recent creation, a Ford Ranger done up in Martini rally colours to celebrate Colin McRae’s title 20 years ago to promote its Ford Ranger offers. They have a boutique offering, and this award recognises that.”

Richard Bunn explained his growing company’s successful approach:  “The branding of White Hot Vans has consistently been designed around clear, simple and unbiased advice for SME businesses that is easy to find and pitched at the appropriate level.

“For many businesses the vehicle choice is a rare decision making process and our people have time on their hands to discuss things.

“Although we have an online presence we are accessible and have a comfortable and welcoming customer area to talk vans and finance. We regularly have plumbers dropping in before their day starts for some tea and toast to talk finance lease and even run a Saturday drop-in service so customers don’t have to interrupt their working day.”
