Yellow Jersey for Team Sky's support vehicle - the Jaguar XF Sportbrake

Blog: RALPH MORTON

We were at a family wedding over the weekend – very enjoyable it was too – and I enlisted professional help to get it spick and span for the event (see picture).

But I made sure I pointed the Audi A4 Avant in the direction of home earlyJaguarJ enough to catch the end of a history-making Tour de France to see Bradley Wiggins win the Tour – the first ever Brit to do so – while leading out team mate Mark Cavendish to win a record-breaking fourth straight stage victory on the Champs-Elysees.

What an end – especially since Team Sky rider Chris Froome came second. How good is that?

The Team Sky effort has been supported by Jaguar and its soon to be launched Sportbrake estate model.

What I rather liked was this picture of the Jaguar with its own yellow jersey to celebrate Wiggo’s victory – a sporting yellow stripe!
