“It’s a bit like football,” added Selwyn. “The sales team are the centre forwards who you need in the six yard box to score the goals. But they need support from the rest of the team. The Business Support Unit offers that. Without that support your centre forward ends up having to go back into their own half to get the ball. And that’s not the best way to play.”
